Key features for the new resident portal


  • Below are some of the features that will be included in the new Portal which is currently in development.  The current Portal will eventually be replaced by this new site and implementation is just beginning.  
  • ==================================================================================================================================
  • Payments
    • Secure online payments will be available for the Residents convenance to streamline the rental payment process. Residents will be able to setup autopay, check pending activity, and view payment accounts. Auto-pay provides the Residents the ability to designate a specific percentage or select amount to be withdraw from individual linked accounts.
  • Submit Request
    • Residents will have the ability to submit request for housekeeping, maintenance, and the billing office. The facility requests will sync with Yardi with no further action needed on the department end. Processing and completion of requests will not be affected. Common issues and general services have been added to help clarify submitted requests. In addition to a full description box to outline what the Residents requests.
Resources are provided on the Portal to help keep Residents updated and informed on the Chateau Community. Our goal is to strengthen the relations between Chateau and its Residents by improving communication and available information.
  • Culinary Menus
    • Daily Specials will be available to view as well as the À La Carte menu, providing the Residents an online resource for updated culinary options.
  • Calendar
    • The daily activities flyer will be available to be viewed and updated accordingly. Residents will have access to the Life Enrichment Calendar for the month keeping them informed and up to date on any events taking place.
Some additional features available on the Portal include links to each social media outlet including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Yelp. The public Chateau Website is also listed under the Social Links. Resources have been added to the main menu to help residents stay informed about the community around Chateau. Addition resources will be added as the need arises and suggestions are presented.
 
We have added a link on the public Chateau Website directing toward the Resident Portal if any residents need assistance getting to the correct website.

Residents and Family Members of Chateau…
Your Online Resident and Family Portal is Here!
 
We are excited to introduce to you Chateau’s new Resident and Family Portal! While there will be many features available to you, we will be rolling the Resident Portal out in stages. The first stage to be rolled out will be Billing and Support capability. By using the portal, it is our goal to make it easier for our residents and designated family members to be able to:
 
  • Confirm your contact information on file such as phone, email, and address
  • Email our community with any billing or support questions
Additionally, whomever is setup as the Primary Payer will also be able to:
  • View Current Balance and view Monthly Payer Statements (Email and paper statements will continue to be distributed.)
  • Make secure online payments using one of the following payment options:
    • ACH Auto Pay from your bank account:
For security purposes, account validation will be initiated at the time of bank account entry. This verification is required by the account owner before an ACH payment can be made.

*Transaction Service Fees May Apply: Chateau will offer complementary service fees during the introductory period.  *An NSF fee will still apply for any insufficient funds.
Please note if you are currently signed up for ACH Auto Pay with Chateau, there is nothing for you to do.
For security purposes, only the primary payer can view the current balance and make online payments. If several payers divide payments for one resident, they are responsible to either pay by check or coordinate through only one person using the portal. Please contact our office if resident needs their primary payer adjusted.
If you are a family member of multiple residents, once we have invited you to your portal, you can visit your profile page and link yourself to all residents in which we have you setup as a contact. The next time you login you may select among the linked residents and use our online services.
